On construction of college teaching evaluation institution system
After a brief statement upon the current situation concerning the shortage of college teaching evaluation institutions and the uncompleteness of the institution system, this article emphasize on the significance of construction of institution system through analysis of interactive relations between college teaching evaluation institution and culture together with practice, eventually it give some advice about how to design the evaluation institution system.
