Discussion on the implementation of PI system in the management of scientific research projects in Colleges and Universities
Scientific research funding is a strong guarantee for the development of scientific research projects. With China's economic transformation and innovation, scientific research funding increased year by year, and scientific research environment has been effectively improved, but there are more chaos, and present situation of loss, that implicate various research corruptions. PI system is a new management model for scientific research management in China, this article put forward the management mode of PI system (group leader responsibility system) through the integration of relevant information, reading through the foreign literature, reference to the existing management model. Then analyzes and discusses it, in order to benefit the management of scientific research projects in Colleges and Universities, and effectively regulate the behavior of scientific research, improve the efficiency of scientific research, improve the scientific research results.
