摘要
非洲孔子学院的飞速发展,使得其在人力资源、教学、跨文化传播、机构文化及安全危机应对管理等方面面临一系列问题.本文作者作为实践者和研究者,对非洲孔子学院管理亟待解决的几个问题进行了深入研究,并提出相应的应对策略.
Abstract
The rapid development of Confucius institutes in Africa brings a series of problems in human resources, teaching, cross-cultural communication, institutional culture and security crisis management. The author, as a practitioner and researcher, makes an in-depth study of several problems that need to be solved in the management of Confucius institutes in Africa and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
