摘要
近年来随着旅游年票发行城市的逐年增多．旅游年票的推行给居民生活带来的改变成为社会关注的焦点和群众热议的话题．采用实地问卷调查与访谈的方法对陕西旅游年票购买者进行调查，从居民的个体属性视角．运用因子分析、单因素方差分析和多元虚拟回归分析方法，寻找出旅游年票推行满意度的影响因子．研究发现，旅游年票推行的核心效果表现为旅游惠民和旅游发展；在居民个体属性方面。18岁以下居民满意度最高，家庭结构越简单、收入水平越低的居民满意度越高，职业上也表现出收入水平较低的农民、服务人员和工人的满意度高于其他职业者．最后。根据研究结论对陕西旅游年票的推行提出了建议．
Abstract
In recent years, with the number of tourism year ticket city growing, the impact of implementing tourism year ticket has increasingly become the focus of attention of society and the hot topic of discussion among masses. Applying field observation, on-the-spot questionnaires survey interview method to investigate the buyer of Shaanxi tourism year ticket, from the perspective of residents personal attribute,by using factor analysis,one-way ANOVA and analysis of virtual regression, the paper found out the influencing factors of satisfaction in implementing tourism year ticket. The study results show： the core effect of implementing tourism year ticket is the benefits of tourism and tourism development;in the field of residents personal attribute, residents of low- er than the 18-year-old have the highest satisfaction; the simpler the structure of the family and the lower income levels, the higher satisfaction, low-income people are higher than other professions, such as farmers, services and workers. Finally, it also gives some suggestions for the implement Shaanxi tourism year ticket based on the conclusions.
