Quality Management Tools and Ascending Travel Outbound Crisis Warning Abilities
Nowadays, tourism has become an important activity to improve quality of life. Outbound tourism becomes more and more popular. Due to many uncertain factors, the security of outbound tourism is concerned. So, according to the related regulations, the travel agency has to establish and improve the crisis early warning mechanism and strengthen its executive ability to ensure the safety of tourists. This paper, considering the risks of outbound tourism and the characteristics of quality management tools, using the method of case analysis and simulation analysis, probes into that using quality management tools promotes the capabilities of outbound tourism crisis early warning as a reference for travel agency.
