摘要
以旅游管理专业教师和旅行社工作人员为调查对象,运用文献分析、深度访谈和德尔菲等方法,构建导游人员职业能力体系。研究认为,导游职业能力指标体系分为3层:第一层为目标层,即导游职业能力最终目标}第二层为标的层,包括职业知识、职业技能和职业品质3个层面;第三层为属性层,由18个属性所构成。运用层次分法计算各指标所赋予权重,并对学界和业界两类专家进行比较,结果发现,在职业品质、景点知识、推销或导购等指标上.学界和业界存在显著差异,并对差异产生原因进行了分析.
Abstract
Through investigating the teachers of tourist management and the guides in tourist agency, this study constructs the index system of guide vocational competency by the methods of documents analyse, deep interviewing and Delphi. From this study, we can see that tourist guide vocational competency index system is divided into three hierarchies. The first hierarchy is the fi- nal objective of tourist guide vocational competency; The second is the label hierarchy, containing professional knowledge, professional skill and professional quality. The third is the attribute hierarchy, containing 18 indexes. Getting the experts" weight on each ability index by AHP, and comparing the academic experts with industry experts' opinions, the result indicates that there are many outstanding differences by experts in professional quality, attractions knowledge, marketing and so on. The paper gives some explanation to those differences.
