高职旅游院校的英语教学模式探析

摘要
中国要建设成世界旅游强国．需要一大批高素质的旅游人才．高职旅游院校在旅游人才培养方面扮演着重要的角色．英语教学是旅游教育中很重要的一部分。以桂林旅游高等专科学校的涉外导游专业为例，对以目的为导向的英语教学模式进行了探讨。
Abstract
In order to be a competitive tourism destination country, China needs a great number of high-- qualified foreign tourism professionals. Vocational and Technical College of Tourism is playing an importrant role in cultivating high--qualified tourism professionals. With the major of foreign tour guide as an example, this article aims at studying the outcomes--based teaching model of English in Vocational and Technical College of Tourism in China.
