Research on the Problems and Trends of Online Tourists' Opinion Platforms
As a rapidly developing new industrial phenomenon,Tourists' opinion platforms have impacted the tourism market significantly.Based on the studies of the platforms' comments mode,and their role and mechanism of influence towards tourism supply chain,this article,carefully considering the practice,points out the problems during their development,such as insufficient number of comments on unpopular objects,highly unso-phisticated recommending and valuation system,the paradox between innovation of profit model and the independence principle,insufficient protection for core resources,etc.and it predicts the trends of online tourists' opinion platforms at the end.
