Enterprise Perspective of Tourism Management Training Market Satisfaction Studies
The article is based on Tourism Management Bachelor of Shaanxi Normal University,senior intern for the study,in Xi'an Hotel,Dalian Golden Pebble International Convention Center for the intern's internship questionnaire interviews.Likert 5-point scale using the data to quantify,and then were analyzed by SPSS.The results show:⑴Business to interns internship,internship satisfaction with the cooperation of schools is relatively high;⑵Market demand as a precondition to the establishment of a lively three-dimensional classrooms,so that the effective integration of both schools and enterprises;⑶From the perspective of school-enterprise business practice teaching institution building,on the one hand enterprises participate in the school's disciplines and curriculum,on the other hand schools join the company's personnel training and recruitment program,so that both achieve a double win.
