高职旅游院校大学生学习动力水平影响因素调查分析——以桂林旅游高等专科学校为例

摘要
目前大学生中不同程度地存在着学习动力不足的问题。通过调查了解大学生学习动力水平与其生涯规划的相关因素,为做好大学生的生涯规划教育提供参考。为此,于2008-2010这3年间,连续对桂林旅游高等专科学校3个年级的674名大学生进行了问卷调查,结果发现,影响学生学习动力水平的因素主要有年级与专业的影响、个人的生涯态度与行为的影响和专业满意度的影响。
Abstract
At present,tourism students are lack of learning motivation in different degrees.This paper attempts to investigate the related factors between the motivation and their career planning,and provide the reference to education on how to make career planning for students.In the three years from 2008 to 2010,the author had a consequence questionnaire survey in Guilin Institute of Tourism,and 674 students participated in.The result found that the factors which influenced the motivation are the grade and profession,individual career attitude and behaviors,and the level of the satisfaction of the profession.
