The Effect of lnterpersonal Harmony Orientation on Knowledge Sharing Behaviors
This study focuses on the relationship between interpersonal harmony orientation and knowledge sharing behaviors within the organization. We classify harmony orientation of individual employees into value harmony, instrumental harmony and ignored harmony.In order to examine the relations between the three harmony orientations and knowledge sharing behaviors, organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) and communication are employed as mediators. A survey is conducted among 168 dyads of supervisors and subordinates in diversified industries. The result supports the relations hypothesized.
