A Study on the Influential Mechanism of Time Pressure on Work Withdrawal Behavior
Based on Transactional Model of Stress and Regulatory Focus Theory,this study em-pirically analyzes the impact mechanism of time pressure on work withdrawal behavior through a sur-vey of 404 two-stage questionnaire samples.The results indicate that time pressure negatively affects employees'withdrawal behavior through employees'promotion focus,and positively affects employ-ee'withdrawal behavior through prevention focus.The perceived overwork atmosphere of employee has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between time pressure and employee'prevention focus,and then moderates the mediating role of prevention focus.The antecedent configurations that trigger employee'withdrawal behavior include:low income × prevention focus,time pressure × pre-vention focus,and low income × low overwork atmosphere × time pressure.
