企业数字技术应用对绿色创新质量的影响研究

摘要
基于知识基础观理论,以2010～2020年中国制造业行业上市企业为研究样本,实证检验企业数字技术应用对绿色创新质量的影响.研究发现:①数字技术的应用提高了企业的知识搜索能力与研发合作能力,进而提升了企业绿色创新质量;②企业高管的环保认知水平,以及超级明星发明家,均对数字技术与企业绿色创新质量的关系具有积极的调节作用;③异质性分析表明,数字技术对位于环境保护力度较强地区的企业,以及高技术密集度的企业,皆具有更强的绿色创新提质效应.
Abstract
Employing the theory of knowledge-based view and combining the data of listed enter-prises in China's manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2020,we empirically examine the impact of digital technology application on the quality of corporate green innovation.The results indicate that,first,the application of digital technology enhances the quality of green innovation through two chan-nels:improving companies'knowledge-searching capabilities and promoting R&D cooperation.Sec-ond,senior executive environmental cognition and superstar inventors have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between digital technology and green innovation quality.Third,heterogenei-ty analysis shows that the enhancement effect of digital technology application on corporate green in-novation quality is more obvious in regions with stronger environmental protection and enterprises in technology-intensive industries.
