The Effect of Customer Participation in Co-Design on Value Co-Creation Performance of Customized Enterprises from the Perspective of Transactive Memory System
To explore how customization enterprises can realize value co-creation based on custom-ers'co-design,this study depicts the behavioral characteristics of the transactive memory system in a virtual team with customer participation,and uses coactive customer agility and product adaptive inno-vation to measure the performance of value co-creation.A research model of the impact of customer participation in co-design on value co-creation was constructed basedon valid customized enterprise samples by questionnaire.The results show that customers'cognitive participation and emotional par-ticipation have a positive effect on the behavioral characteristics of the transactive memory system.The three behavioral characteristics of transactive memory system(i.e.,specialization,credibility,coordination)positively affect value co-creation performance.The absorptive capacity of enterprises plays a positive moderating role in this process.
