摘要
以华为5G技术研发为案例研究对象,探究领军企业创新链中联盟组合的构建机制.研究表明:领军企业在创新链不同阶段的创新目标导向下,采用了科技外交家、创新研究计划、定向精准邀约、产业生态合作的差异化联结方式,与不同成员建构了"研发导向-无耦合""研发导向-松散耦合""研发导向-紧密耦合"和"商业导向-紧密耦合"等多元耦合结构的联盟组合.
Abstract
Taking HUAWEI 5G technology as an example,the mechanism of alliance portfolio in the innovation chain of leading enterprises is constructed.This study has the following conclusions:based on the innovation goal of different stages of the innovation chain,the leading enterprise adopts different ways to construct the alliance portfolio with different structures.The construction mecha-nisms of the alliance portfolio include science and technology diplomat,innovative research plan,di-rectional invitation,and ecological industry cooperation.The structures of the alliance portfolio con-tain"R&D oriented-decoupling","R&D oriented-loose coupling","R&D oriented-tight coupling",and"business oriented-tight coupling".
