Based on the moral decision-making process,this study focuses on the influence of team performance pressure on team members'unethical pro-team behavior through the analysis of 486 sam-ples from 96 innovation project teams.It is found that team performance pressure has a significant positive impact on team members'unethical pro-team behavior,and team members'moral disengage-ment plays a partial mediating role;Team identity positively moderates the positive relationship be-tween team performance pressure and team members'moral disengagement,and team members'bot-tom-line mentality positively moderates the positive relationship between moral disengagement and un-ethical pro-team behavior.
