Based on the paradoxical cognition framework,this study examines the impact of team paradoxical cognitive change on team ambidexterity change and explores the role played by team social integration and task integration.Through a 4-month follow-up survey of 145 teams,we collect the da-ta and construct latent variable growth modeling hypotheses.The results show that:team ambidex-terity shows a significant upward growth trend over time;changes in team paradoxical cognition posi-tively affect changes in team ambidexterity;team task integration positively affects change in team paradoxical cognition,thus indirectly affecting changes in team ambidexterity;and team social inte-gration negatively affects changes in team paradoxical cognition,thus indirectly affecting changes in team ambidexterity.
