Although the research on gamified HRM has developed rapidly in recent years,there is still a lack of systematic review to clarify its conceptual connotation,sort out its antecedents and out-comes,and draw the theoretical framework.This study provides a systematic review of gamified HRM through a structured literature review method and a content analysis method.The following re-sults were obtained:the concept of gamified HRM is defined;the development history of gamified HRM is clarified;the theoretical framework of gamified HRM research is sorted out;and the anteced-ents and outcomes of gamified HRM are summarized.On this basis,this study puts forward sugges-tions for future research from the perspectives of deep integration of application scenarios,fine explo-ration of gamification elements,and enrichment of theoretical mechanisms.
