数字化转型对企业创新韧性的双重效应研究

以2010～2021年中国A股上市公司为研究样本,探讨数字化转型对企业创新韧性影响的作用机制,并深入分析不同生命周期特征的边界效应.研究发现:数字化转型与企业创新韧性之间存在显著的倒U形关系;对于企业生命周期不同阶段而言,成长期企业数字化转型显著促进企业的创新韧性,成熟和衰退期企业数字化转型与创新韧性仍呈现出倒U形关系,但衰退期企业数字化的赋能作用区间相对更低.进一步地,基于中间机制的分析结果也支持了上述结论.
Abstract
Using Chinese A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2021 as samples,this study ex-amines the mechanism of how digital transformation affects enterprise innovation resilience and further analyzes the boundary effects of distinct lifecycle attributes.The study uncovers a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between digital transformation and enterprise innovation resilience.Across va-rious phases of the enterprise lifecycle,digital transformation notably bolsters innovation resilience during the growth phase.Meanwhile,in the mature and decline phases,digital transformation and in-novation resilience maintain an inverted U-shaped relationship,but the empowering scope of digital transformation during the decline phase is comparatively diminished.Moreover,the findings are also corroborated by the analysis based on intermediary mechanisms.
