The Realization of Start-Ups'Ambidexterity in Perspective of Entrepreneurial Resource Orchestration
Based on resource orchestration theory,this study examines the influence of the entre-preneurial team and resource integration strategy on the ambidexterity of start-ups.A two-stage ques-tionnaire survey of 426 new enterprises in five provinces was conducted,and the results show that:polychronicity of job assignment was found significant positively related to ambidexterity.Team help behavior was found positively related to ambidexterity.Bricolage was found positively related to ambi-dexterity.At last,we conducted an SEM test and the results show that bricolage plays a partial medi-ating role between the relationships of job assignment polychronicity and team help behavior on start-ups'ambidexterity.
