Integrated Modification Scheme for W-flame Boiler Burning Bituminous Coal
W-flame boilers burning low-volatile coal generally have problems such as low furnace ef-ficiency,high NO,emissions and severe coking. In the context of"double carbon"targets and"three-renovation",it is necessary to improve reliability, economy and environmental protection.A 350MW subcritical W-flame boiler unit has implemented an integrated transformation of fully burning bituminous coal, including the pulverization system, combustion system, and boiler heating surface transformation. After the transformation, the boiler operates well and the furnace is not coking. The boiler efficiency has increased from 91.64%to over 94%.The NOx at the boiler outlet has been significantly reduced, and the peak shaving capacity meets the deep peak shaving needs of 30%load.The overall performance of the unit has been significantly improved.
