用无辨识自适应预估控制技术对循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程进行优化,及时、准确对主汽压力、主汽温度、炉膛压力、给煤、一次风机、二次风机、引风机、断煤处理、床压进行自动控制,实现了燃烧过程自动控制和过程优化,使运行更加平稳.减少煤耗1%以上,经济效益明显,实现了节能降耗减碳的目标.
Research on the Technical Renovation of the Optimization Control System for the Combustion Process of CFB Boiler
The combustion process of circulating fluidized bed boiler is optimized using the non-iden-tification adaptive predictive control technology,which can automatically control the main steam pres-sure,main steam temperature,furnace pressure,coal feeding,primary fan,secondary fan,induced draft fan,coal interruption treatment,and bed pressure in a timely and accurate manner,achieving automatic control and process optimization of the combustion process,making the operation more sta-ble.The coal consumption is reduced by more than 1%,with obvious economic benefits,achieving the goal of energy conservation,consumption reduction and carbon reduction.
