A boiler wall temperature monitoring calculation program based on Python
Overtemperature of heating surface of utility boiler is one of the most common safety issues.so it is crucial to monitor the wall temperature of heating surface of boiler.The wall temperature moni-toring of heating surface of traditional boiler usually relies on a small number of wall temperature sen-sor,which can not carry out comprehensive real-time monitoring.We are going to introduce a program based on python,which uses current sensors for wall temperature monitoring and real time operating data to comprehensively calculate wall temperature of heating surface of boiler.Based on the tempera-ture trend calculated,we are able to monitor the boiler wall temperature more safely.
