针对某660MW超临界机组出现的热耗率异常偏高问题(与设计值相比高出278kJ/(kW·h)),通过分析并提出相应的技术改造措施后,实现了年标准煤节约量达到2.18万吨,燃煤费用每年节省1437万元的显著经济效益,机组平均热耗率下降了 173.02kJ/(kW·h),供电煤耗也平均降低了 13.35g/(kW·h),为节能减排与可持续发展贡献了积极力量.
Technical transformation to improve the operation economy of 660MW units
For a 660MW supercritical unit heat consumption rate abnormally high problem(278kJ/(kW·h)),through the analysis and put forward the corresponding technical transformation measures,realize the annual standard coal savings of 21800 tons,coal cost save 14.37 million yuan a year significant economic benefits,the average unit heat consumption rate fell by 173.02kJ/(kW·h),power supply coal consumption also reduced 13.35g/(kW·h),for energy conservation and emission reduction and sustainable development contributed the positive force.
