摘要
目的:研究并建立夏天无滴丸的最佳提取工艺。方法紫外分光光度法测定夏天无总生物碱的含量;高效液相色谱法同时测定夏天无原阿片碱和延胡索乙素的含量。结果最佳提取条件为A3 B1 C3 D2,即浸泡时间为48小时,药材粒度约为20目,渗漉溶液的体积为12倍量药材,渗漉的速度为1.5ml/min。结论为夏天无滴丸的最佳提取工艺的确立提供依据。
Abstract
Objective To study the best extraction process of decumbent corydalis rhizome dropping pills .Methods UV was used to measure total alkaloid content of decumbent corydalis rhizome .HPLC was used to measure the content of corydalis and tetrahydropalmatine . Results The best extract condition is A3B1C3D2, soak time is 48 hours, granularity is 20 item, percolation solution volume is 12 times the amount of medicine , and percolation speed is 1.5ml/min.Conclusion It provided the basis for the establishment of the best extraction process for the decumbent corydalis rhizome dropping pills .
