摘要
目的：论述五味子与南五味子的鉴别，为临床使用提供参考。方法查阅文献，从基源、地理分布、外观性状、显微结构、化学成分及高效液相色谱法等几个方面论述两种五味子的区别。结果五味子与南五味子从基源、地理分布、外观性状、显微结构、化学成分以及药用功效等几个方面均有不同。结论根据性状、显微鉴别的特征和高效液相色谱，可以明显的鉴别出五味子与南五味子。
Abstract
Objective To discuss the identification of Schisandra and South Schisandra , and to provide reference for clinical use .Methods The differences of two species of Fructus were described in several aspects , such as the source , geographical distribution , appearance , microstructure, chemical composition and high performance liquid chromatography .Results There were several aspects, such as the source, geographical distribution, appearance, microstructure, chemical composition, medicinal efficacy, and so on.Conclusion According to the characteristics of the characters , the microscopic identification and the high performance liquid chromatography , it can be clearly identified in the Schisandra and South Schisandra .
