摘要
肝与心联系极为密切,肝郁气滞、肝阳上亢、肝经瘀血、肝火上扰、肝血亏虚等皆可引起心脏病变,故有"从肝论治心病"的说法,此文以脏腑之间密切联系为总领,以肝与心五行相关、经络循行相连、功能相关为前提,阐述了心病从肝论治的理论依据、病因病机以及组方遣药,进一步地探讨了心病从肝论治的理论基础以及临床应用,以期为从肝论治心病提供借鉴.
Abstract
The liver and the heart are very closely related,liver stagnation,hyperactivity of liver yang,blood stasis in the liver meridian,disturbance of liver fire,liver blood deficiency and so on can cause heart disease,so there is a saying of"treating heart disease from the liver".This paper expounded the theoretical basis,etiology and pathogenesis of heart disease from the liver and the formulation of medicines,and further discussed the theoretical basis and clinical application of heart disease treatment from the liver,in order to provide reference for the treatment of heart disease from the liver.
