摘要
《金匮要略》是中国现存最早的一部论述杂病诊疗的专著,是张仲景辨证论治精神的具体体现,在理论和临床实践中都具有极高的指导意义,其所述有关内科、外科、妇科、饮食禁忌等,对皮肤科的论述较少,依据"有诸内必形诸外""有诸外必本诸内"之理,基于以内治外或内外合治等治法,重新学习《金匮要略》,为治疗皮肤病提供新的视角和思路.
Abstract
Synopsis of Golden Chamber is the earliest monograph of the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases in China.It is the concrete embodiment of Zhang Zhongjing's spirit of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and has extremely high guiding significance in both theory and clinical practice.It mainly discusses internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,diet and so on,and discusses dermatology less.According to the theory of"all diseases in the body must be found on the surface of the body"and"in the treatment of surgical diseases,it is necessary to know the underlying causes",based on the internal treatment or internal and external treatment,re-learning Synopsis of Golden Chamber provides a new perspective and ideas for the treatment of skin diseases.
