Medication Rules of Professor Yan Guangjun in the Treatment of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome through Data Mining
Objective To explore the medication rules of Professor Yan Guangjun in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syn-drome(IBS-D)through data mining methods and sum up his clinical medication experience.Methods Collecting the effective outpatient medical records of Professor Yan Guangjun in treating IBS-D,the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform was used to standardize the data and conduct data analysis on the medications to discover Professor Yan Guangjun's prescription medication rules.Results A total of 94 outpatient prescriptions were included,involving 79 Chinese medicines.The most frequently used Chinese herbal medicines were stir-fried white art with bran,poria coix,licorice,yam and coix seed.The drug properties are mainly warm,flat and cold.The taste of medicine is mainly sweet,pungent and bitter.Spleen,stomach and lung channels are the main channels.The main effect is tonifying qi,transforming dampness and rehydrating dampness.Three groups of core drug combinations were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusion Professor Yan Guangjun's treatment of IBS-D begins with the spleen and stomach,with the key emphasis on smoothing the flow of qi.Generally,it mainly involves fortifying the spleen and supplementing qi,as well as resolving dampness and transforming turbidity.Meanwhile,it is supple-mented by soothing the liver,promoting qi circulation,clearing heat,warming the kidney,and so on.
