The Effect of Syndrome Differentiation and Diet Combined with Baduanjin on Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis
Objective To understand the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and diet combined with Baduanjin on patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 98 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis admitted to Tianjin Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups using a lottery method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and diet,while the observation group was treated syndrome differentiation and diet combined with Baduanjin.The effects of the intervention in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the albumin and hemoglobin of the observation group were higher,and the total bilirubin was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the 2 groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and diet therapy combined with Baduanjin can improve the nutritional status of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis,enhance their quality of life and satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
