Intense Pulsed Light Combined with Yinhua Xiaomei Decoction in the Treatment of Rosacea
Objective To observe the clinical effect of intense pulsed light combined with Yinhua Xiaomei decoction on rosacea in women with lung and stomach intense heat type.Methods A total of 60 female patients with roacne of lung and stomach intense heat type were selected from the department of dermatology and department of medical cosmetology Weifang Dermatology Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-made Yinhua Xiaomei decoction.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group selected light modulation of intense pulsed light treatment.The skin disease life Quality index(DLQI)scale,rosacea standard grading system score,TCM syndrome score scale and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,DLQI score,rosacea standard grading system score and main disease score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and there was no statistical signifi-cance in secondary disease score between the two groups(P＞0.05).The recovery rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of intense pulse light and self-made Yinhua Xiaomei decoction has significantly clinical effect in treating rosacea with lung and stomach intense heat type,and is worthy of clinical application.
