Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Budipine formoterol powder inhalation combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods Seventy-seven patients diagnosed with pneumoconiosis who visited our hospital and General Hospital of Jingmei Group from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected as subjects and divided into a control group(38 cases)and an observation group(39 cases).The control group was treated with Budipine formoterol powder inhalation,while the observation group received Baduanjin interven-tion on the basis of the control group.Both groups were evaluated for clinical efficacy and adverse reactions using pulmonary function indica-tors,includes forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),and the ratio of FEV1 to FVC(FEV1/FVC)and 6-minute walking distance before treatment,after 3 months of treatment,and after 6 months of treatment.Results Compared with be-fore treatment,pulmonary function,6-min walking distance and other indexes of the two groups were improved,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).The improvement of lung function and 6 min walking distance in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Adverse reactions occurred in1 patient in the control group and 2 patients in the observation group.Conclusion Budipine formoterol powder inhalation combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of pneu-moconiosis can significantly improve the lung function and enhance exercise endurance,with good safety.
