External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hepatobiliary Disease Based on Phlegm Syndrome Viewpoint in Danxi Xinfa
Hepatobiliary disease is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic,and its condition is complex and changeable after the disease.In recent years,the incidence rate of hepatobiliary diseases among elderly people in the community has also increased year by year after physical examination.This article combined Zhu Danxi's viewpoint of treating miscellaneous diseases from the perspective of phlegm theory,and elaborated on the"tangible phlegm"and"intangible phlegm"discussed in traditional Chinese medicine.It preliminarily ana-lyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of the pathological factor"phlegm"in the pathogenesis of liver and gallbladder diseases.Starting from the treatment principles of"promoting qi circulation,strengthening spleen soil,and drying spleen dampness",combined with the research re-sults of domestic scholars in recent years,it briefly analyzed the risk factors of phlegm pathogenic factors,in order to strengthen the attention to phlegm syndrome,guide clinical practice,and prevent further development of such diseases from the perspective of external treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.
