Clinical Research Progress of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy in the Treatment of Lower Limb Dyskinesia after Stroke
Stroke is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic,which can lead to a variety of sequelae after onset.Among them,lower limb movement disorder is more common,which causes serious trouble to patients and their families,affects the quality of life of pa-tients,and even leads to lifelong disability of patients.At present,the treatment of lower limb movement disorders after stroke is mainly based on rehabilitation therapy,and the rehabilitation methods are diverse,and mainly comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,there is still a lack of standard treatment options.This paper reviewed the relevant literature on the treatment of lower limb movement disorders after stroke by comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in recent years,and summarized the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with rehabilitation training,traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with rehabilitation aids,physical factor therapy combined with rehabilitation training,and other comprehensive rehabilitation training,in order to provide relevant reference for clinical work.
