中西医结合治疗胃癌现状

摘要
胃癌是中国消化系统中发病率和病死率均排名第一的恶性肿瘤,已成为严重威胁人民群众健康的公共卫生问题之一.西医治疗胃癌的有效率在逐步提高,但相对应的不良反应仍未得到有效解决.中医药治疗能够有效减少西医治疗胃癌的不良反应,中西医结合或将为胃癌患者提供更有效的治疗手段.此文对近年来有关中西医结合治疗胃癌的研究进行系统综述,有助于临床合理用药,有效预防和积极干预胃癌患者抗肿瘤治疗过程中相关不良反应发生.
Abstract
Gastric cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate and mortality in China's digestive system,and has become one of the public health problems that seriously threaten people's health.The effectiveness of Western medicine in treating gastric cancer is gradually improving,but the corresponding adverse reactions have not yet been effectively resolved.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine treatment of gastric cancer.The combination of traditional Chinese and West-ern medicine may provide more effective treatment methods for gastric cancer patients.In this paper,a systematic review of recent studies on the treatment of gastric cancer by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is helpful for rational drug use,effective prevention and active intervention of related adverse reactions in the course of anti-tumor therapy in patients with gastric cancer.
