中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究进展

摘要
文章对中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床研究进行综述,发现肾虚、寒湿、湿热、瘀血为LDH主要病因,单独或综合运用中药内服、中药外敷、中药熏蒸、正骨、小针刀、针灸等疗法治疗LDH,疗效确切,能有效减轻腰痛症状,安全性高,患者接受程度高.但也存在治疗机制不明确,缺少具体的科学量化判定标准等不足.因此在未来研究中应注重机制研究,为中医药治疗LDH提供更科学的诊疗依据.
Abstract
This article reviewed the clinical research on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with traditional Chinese medicine.It is found that kidney deficiency,cold dampness,damp heat,and blood stasis are the main causes of LDH.The treatment of LDH by taking Chinese medicine orally,applying Chinese medicine externally,fumigation with Chinese medicine,bone setting,needle scalpel,acupunc-ture and moxibustion and other therapies alone or comprehensively has the advantages of definite efficacy,high safety,and high patient ac-ceptance.However,there are also shortcomings such as unclear treatment mechanism,lack of specific scientific quantitative criteria,etc.Therefore,in future research,attention should be paid to mechanism studies to provide more scientific diagnostic and therapeutic basis for the treatment of LDH with traditional Chinese medicine.
