THERMAL GEOTHERMAL HEATING TECHNOLOGY OF DEEP WATER IN LANZHOU CITY
Geothermal heating technology is a key technology that determines the stable operation of geothermal heating systems.In order to explore a set of suitable deep water thermal geothermal heating process for the main urban area of Lanzhou City,this article relies on the Pengjiaping CR Future Urban Community to design and carry out experimental research on the deep water thermal geothermal heating technology for the first time in the main urban area of Lanzhou City.By analyzing the chemical characteristics of geothermal water,the influence of the scaling and corrosiveness of geothermal water on heating pipelines and heat exchangers was studied,and the reinjection process was optimized based on the actual operation of the system.The results show that the deep geothermal water in Lanzhou has the characteristics of high mineralization,strong corrosiveness,and multiple scaling.The use of PE-RT Ⅱ insulation pipes and titanium alloy plate heat exchangers can effectively solve the problem of corrosion and scaling of the equipment.At the same time,a cyclone sand remover and a 150 mesh stainless steel self-cleaning filter and a 200 mesh nylon mesh bag filter and 30 μm PP coarse filter with 5μm PP fine filter,the combination of backflow filtration process can preliminarily solve the problem of backflow filtration,and after experimental verification,a set of suitable deep water thermal geothermal heating process flow for Lanzhou area has been summarized,aiming to provide technical support for the large-scale development and utilization of geothermal heating in the main urban area of Lanzhou City.
