Investigation and Research on the Professional Quality of Normal University Students:Based on the Empirical Data of 388 Primary School Mathematics Normal Students in Longnan Teachers College
This paper takes 388 normal students majoring in primary school mathematics education in Longnan Teachers College as the object,and conducts a survey on professional development planning,professional concept,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional attitude.It is found that 98.45%of the students have considered their own professional development plan,and there are sig-nificant differences among students of different genders and grades;60.05%of the students have a good view of mathematics,but lack of innovation in mathematics and mathematics education research;75.52%of the students have a certain understanding of mathematics pro-fessional knowledge,but the expansion of learning is not enough;18.56%of the students often carry out teaching skills training,and 33.5%of them can skillfully apply teaching skills to teaching practice;54.12%of the students are basically satisfied with their mathematical liter-acy.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward to cultivate the professional quality of primary school mathematics students.
