The Institutional Dilemma and Reform Idea of Urban-rural Integration Development:Take Renshou County,Meishan City,Sichuan Province as an Example
The unbalanced development of urban and rural areas is an important aspect of unbalanced and inadequate development,and promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas is the key to achieving Chinese-style modernization.Promoting the urban-rural integrated development of Renshou County is of great significance for alleviating the problems of Chengdu metropolises and promoting the high-quality development of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the necessity of urban-rural integration development in Renshou County,the paper points out that the key restricting the urban-rural integration development in Renshou County is the dual management system of urban-rural separation.Finally,this study puts forward relevant policy recommendations,including further promoting the reform of administrative system and administrative divisions,accelerating the realization of"equal pay for the same county"and the equalization of basic public services,and fully integrating into the urbanization of Chengdu and Meishan.
