Digital Empowerment and Improvement of Farmers'Information Ability in the Digital Transformation of Agriculture and Rural Areas
Taking Gansu Province as a typical investigation object,this paper analyzes the actual information ability level and practical dif-ficulties faced by farmers in the process of agricultural and rural digital transformation.In view of the problems such as the narrow space of farmers'information cognition,the narrow space of information utility,the single space of information culture,and the overall static low effi-ciency of information space,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as continuously strengthening the government information to"support the weak",fully introducing the market mechanism,guiding and mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the infor-mation construction,constructing the three-dimensional teaching and training space,and strengthening the construction of digital informa-tion culture.
