摘要
学生自治作为培黎学校学生管理的组织方式,既是培黎学校民主精神的重要体现,也是影响培黎学校学生生活与学校治理的一个重要方面.工合山丹培黎工艺学校的学生自治会是在学校行政委员会指导下学生实现自己管理的组织.通过对培黎学校学生自治会的分析可以看出,培黎学校的学生自治具有工合合作社组织的鲜明特点,与学校确定的人才培养目标一致,具有鲜明的独立性、发展性、全面性.学生自治会在参与学校治理和管理,培养学生组织纪律性和管理才能,形成民主合作精神、社会责任感和担当意识,养成学生良好的健康卫生习惯等方面发挥了重要作用.
Abstract
Student self-governance,as an organizational approach to student management in the Bailie School,is not only a significant manifestation of the school's democratic spirit,but also an important aspect influencing students'lives and school governance.The student self-government association of the Shandan Bailie Technical School is an organization through which students manage themselves under the guidance of the school's administrative committee.Through the analysis of the student self-governance association of Bailie School,it can be seen that the student self-governance has the distinct characteristics of the industrial cooperative organization,which is consistent with the talent cultivation goals determined by the school,and has distinct independence,development and comprehensiveness.Student self governing associations have played a significant role in participating in school governance and management,cultivating students'organizational discipline and management skills,enhancing democratic cooperation spirit,social responsibility and sense of responsibility,and developing students'good health and hygiene habits.
