摘要

以蔗糖为碳源采用一步水热法制备碳徼球,研究了合成温度、时间对碳微球粒径、分散性、产率的影响.利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜等表征手段对制备的碳微球的结构、粒径和形貌进行了表征,并进一步研究了其形成机理.结果表明:温度在低于140℃时并未生成碳微球,碳微球的合成温度必须大于160℃,升高反应温度和延长反应时间均有利于碳微球产率的提高,但过高的温度和过长的反应时间会加剧碳微球的团聚现象.

Abstract

Carbon microspheres were prepared with one-step hydrothermal method with sucrose as carbon source and the influence of synthesis temperature and time on particle size,dispersity and yield of carbon microspheres was researched.The morphology,particle size and phase structure of the carbon microspheres were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction and the formation mechanism of carbon microspheres were further investigated.The result showed that at temperature less than 140 ℃,the carbon microspheres would not grow out and the synthesis temperature of carbon microspheres must be higher than 160 ℃;Increase of reaction temperature and time would be beneficial for increasing the yield of the carbon microspheres,but excessive rise of reaction temperature and time would aggravate agglomeration of carbon microspheres.
