Research on configuration optimization design method of hybrid electric vehicle
According to the relationship between the structural characteristics and dynamic characteristics of planetary gear vehicle,a theoretical design method of power system configuration of hybrid electric ve-hicle was proposed.Firstly,all the connections in the configuration are divided into three categories,and the matrix representation is used to represent these connections to reflect the system dynamics and the physical structure of the configuration.Subsequently,a matrix representation method for automatic con-figuration design is proposed.The speed equation is obtained through matrix operation,and consequently,various configurations of automobile double planetary gear structures are obtained.Finally,the effective-ness of this approach is validated through simulation.Results indicate that with the support of the matrix representation method,the optimal configuration can be selected automatically by computer,which avoids manual calculation and comparison,thereby conserving significant effort and time.
