摘要
为深入研究知识产权保护在高技术成果转移转化和产业化过程中如何发挥重要支撑作用,文章从"十三五"期间甘肃省高技术成果完成单位类型、技术领域、知识产权保护类型,高技术成果交易技术领域、交易的知识产权类型,高技术成果省外实现产业化情况等几个方面,重点分析了甘肃省高技术成果知识产权保护现状和高技术成果转化现状,梳理了甘肃省高技术成果知识产权保护和成果转化过程中存在的主要问题.结合现状及存在的主要问题,最终形成知识产权保护助力高技术成果转化和产业化的对策建议.
Abstract
In order to conduct in-depth research on how intellectual property protection plays an important supporting role in the process of transfer,transformation and industrialization of high-tech achievements,the article focuses on analyzing the current status of intellectual property protection and transformation of high-tech achieve-ments in Gansu Province from several aspects,including the types of high-tech achievement completion units,tech-nological fields,and intellectual property protection types formed during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the tech-nological fields and types of intellectual property rights traded in high-tech achievements,and the industrialization of high-tech achievements outside the province,this paper sorted out the main problems existing in the protection of intellectual property rights for high-tech achievements and the transformation process of high-tech achievements in Gansu Province.Based on the current situation and existing main problems,this paper finally formed countermea-sures and suggestions for intellectual property protection to assist in the transformation and industrialization of high-tech achievements.
