高速公路隧道智能管控现状及管控模式需求分析

针对目前高速公路隧道管控系统设备信息采集功能单一,设备数字化率低以及与各平台之间的相关数据互通性差、安全事故检测手段单一、应急管控效率低等现状进行分析,并针对高速公路隧道智能管控模式和需求进行研究,提出了基于高速公路隧道运行状态监测、交通监控、安全管控、应急管控和智慧运维的智能管控模式,以及隧道内设施设备全要素实时动态监测、全生命周期设施设备运维管理和全过程事件事故跟踪处理的高速公路隧道智能管控需求.
Analysis of the Current Situation and Demand for Intelligent Control Modes in Highway Tunnels
An analysis was conducted on the current situation of single information collection function,low digi-tization rate of equipment,poor data interoperability with various platforms,single safety accident detection meth-ods,and low efficiency of emergency control in the highway tunnel control system equipment.Research was con-ducted on the intelligent control mode and requirements of highway tunnels,and a proposal was proposed based on the operation status monitoring,traffic monitoring,and safety control of highway tunnels.The intelligent manage-ment and control mode of emergency control and intelligent operation and maintenance proposes the intelligent man-agement and control requirements for highway tunnels,including real-time dynamic monitoring of all elements of fa-cilities and equipment in tunnels,operation and maintenance management of facilities and equipment throughout the entire life cycle,and tracking and handling of incidents and accidents throughout the entire process.
