菌根真菌对煤矿区生态修复作用的研究进展

煤矿开采对地表的土壤理化性质、结构和植被生长、群落多样性造成了极大的破坏,同时,土壤微生物也受到严重扰动,导致人工栽种的植被生物多样性低、群落稳定性差.菌根真菌是一类重要的功能微生物,既能与植物互惠共生促进宿主生长,又能通过地下菌丝网络影响土壤理化性质、改善土壤微粒结构以及调节植物群落结构,对矿区生态修复具有显著作用.文章综合归纳了近年来关于菌根真菌在矿区生态修复中的研究进展,包括菌根真菌的分类、生态学特征及其在矿区土壤改良、植被恢复和环境保护方面的应用.同时,针对目前存在的问题与挑战,提出了未来研究的发展方向和重点.
Research Progress on the Effect of Mycorrhizal Fungal on Ecological Restoration in Coal Mining Areas
Coal mining causes great destruction to the physical and chemical properties,structure,vegetation growth,and community diversity of the soil surface.At the same time,soil microorganisms are also severely dis-turbed,resulting in low biodiversity and poor community stability of artificially planted vegetation.Mycorrhizal fun-gi are an important functional microorganism that can promote host plant growth through mutualistic symbiosis with plant root,and can also affect soil physical and chemical properties,improve soil particle structure,and regulate the structure of plant communities through underground common mycorrhizal network.They play a significant role in ecological restoration of mining areas.This article summarizes the research progress of mycorrhizal fungi in ecologi-cal restoration of mining areas in recent years,including their classification,ecological characteristics,and their ap-plication in soil improvement,vegetation restoration,and environmental protection in mining areas.At the same time,the future research direction and focus are proposed based on the current problems and challenges.
