摘要

在推动区域高质量发展过程中,积极打造区域科技创新中心是驱动发展的重要引擎.近年来,兰州市、乌鲁木齐市、西宁市、银川市(以下简称"兰乌西银")成为国家多重战略叠加实施的地区.文章在现有科技创新中心建设的基础上,通过对比分析兰乌西银城市发展基础与优势,探索提出以"点—线—面"结合的方式,打造兰乌西银"L型"科技走廊,对加强城市联盟聚合力,拓展科技发展战略回旋空间,保障国家战略安全、国土安全、生态安全和能源安全,辐射引领西部地区高质量发展等具有重要战略意义.

Abstract

In promoting high-quality regional development,actively building regional science and technology innovation centers is an important engine for driving development.In recent years,Lanzhou City,Urumqi City,Xini-ng City,and Yinchuan City(referred to as"Lan Wu Xi Yin")have become regions where multiple national strate-gies are superimposed and implemented.On the basis of the existing construction of science and technology innova-tion centers,by comparing and analyzing the development foundation and advantages of Lanwuxi Yincheng City,we explore and propose a combination of"point line surface"to create an"L-shaped"science and technology corridor for Lanwuxi Yincheng.This will strengthen the cohesion of urban alliances,expand the space for scientific and tech-nological development strategies,and ensure national strategic security,national land security,ecological security,and energy security,Leading the high-quality development of the western region through radiation is of great strate-gic significance.
