Research on the High-quality Development Path of Science and Innovation Enabling Enterprises from the Perspective of the Whole Industry Chain:Take a Provincial Enterprise Group as the Research Object
Scientific and technological innovation is the strategic choice and inevitable requirement of high-quality development of enterprises.This paper analyzes the layout of scientific and technological innovation in the whole industrial chain of a provincial enterprise group.By combing the problems existing in the promotion and ap-plication of scientific and technological innovation and scientific and innovation achievements in all links of the whole industrial chain,it is concluded that from the perspective of the whole industrial chain,scientific and innova-tion empowerment should strengthen the top-level design and take the overall layout of systematic thinking.Pay at-tention to the construction of matrix linkage organizational structure,innovation of young talent training model,the establishment of multiple innovation mechanism,improve the transformation of scientific and technological achieve-ments procurement,the implementation of the"results of the coupon"system and strengthen the rigid constraint as-sessment of scientific and technological achievements transformation measures to promote enterprise groups to take a good path of high-quality development of the whole industrial chain of scientific and innovation enabling.
