Research on the Complex Network Characteristics of High-level Scientific and Technological Talents in Gansu Province
The paper explores the mobility information of high-level scientific and technological talents in Gansu Province since 2000 by Curriculum Vitae,and then constructs a mobility network based on the talent mobili-ty information.Finally,the structure characteristics of the talent mobility network in Gansu are studied by social net-work analysis.The results show that national scale mobility network of high-level scientific and technological tal-ents in Gansu is mainly concentrated in developed countries such as the United States,Germany,and Japan;never-theless,the provincial mobility network is mainly concentrated in Beijing,Sichuan and Shaanxi.The United States,Germany and the United Kingdom are in the core position of the network according to the core-periphery structure,while Beijing,Shanghai,Shaanxi,and Sichuan are in the core position of provincial mobility network.
