钢框架结构商砼搅拌楼高位纠偏加固研究

纠偏技术是既有建筑工程结构纠偏加固的主要工程技术之一.文章以兰州地区某商混站钢结构高位顶升纠偏加固为背景,分析发现该钢框架结构商砼搅拌楼C轴较E轴沉降变形大,C轴向E轴方向倾斜变形,倾斜变形与沉降变形方向相反,故提出应力释放法对该楼进行高位顶升纠偏,最大顶升纠偏值为365 mm,该方法既可以消除因应力集中引发的工程事故,也可以纠偏到建筑物变形范围内使之正常使用,且工期短、经济、安全可靠.纠偏后经半年的变形观测数据分析结果,未发现明显继续变形,加固效果良好;该成果可为类似既有钢框架结构建筑物高位顶升纠偏加固提供经验依据.
Study on High Level Corrective Reinforcement of Commercial Concrete Mixing Building with Steel Frame Structure
Correction technology is one of the main engineering techniques for correcting and strengthening ex-isting building structures.The paper is based on the high-level lifting correction and reinforcementof steel structure in a commercial mixing station in Lanzhou,the C-axis of commercial concrete mixing building of the steel frame structure has a larger settlement deformation than the E-axis,the C-axis is inclined to the E-axis,and the inclined deformation is opposite to the settlement deformation.The stress release method is proposed to correct the deviation of the high lifting of the building,and the maximum value of jacking is 365 mm,this method can not only eliminate the engineering accidents caused by stress concentration,but also correct the building within the deformation range so that it can be used normally,and the construction period is short,economic,safe and reliable.After half a year of deformation observation data analysis,no obvious continued deformation was found,the reinforcement effect was good.The results can provide an expirical basis for the similar existing steel frame structure buildings to be rein-forced by high level jacking and deformation correction.
